fa ارزیابی دیدگاه شیخ حرعاملی در اعتبارسنجی کتاب مسائل علی بن جعفر در وسائل الشیعه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">کتاب وسائل </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">الشیعه</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> اثر شیخ حر عاملی یکی از جوامع حدیثی متأخر شیعی است که با رویکرد فقهی به نگارش درآمده است. مؤلف در این کتاب که یکی از مهمترین منابع فقه شیعه را تشکیل می‌دهد و با توجه به معیارهایی به گزینش مصادر روایی معتمد و معتبر از میان منابع روایی فراوان پرداخته است. یکی از این منابع، کتاب مسائل علی‌بن‌جعفر است که از اصول روایی شیعه محسوب می‌شود. رویکرد علمای متقدم، متأخر و معاصر نسبت به این کتاب متفاوت است و در حالی‌که متقدمان با ارجاع به طرق صحیح این کتاب در تألیفات خود به آن اعتبار بخشیده‌اند، متأخران تنها به نسخه‌ای از این کتاب دست یافته‌اند که به طریقی ضعیف گزارش شده است. رویکرد معاصران به این کتاب متفاوت بوده به‌طوری که برخی از علماء آن را تلقی به قبول نموده و بسیاری هم در اعتبار و اصالت نسخه کنونی تشکیک وارد کرده‌اند. بررسی اعتبار نسخه کنونی در رویکرد علماء به این کتاب در دوره‌های مختلف حکایت از عدم انطباق این کتاب با معیارهای کتب معتمد حتی نزد شیخ حر عاملی دارد و این مسأله گویای تساهل و تسامح مؤلف وسایل الشیعه در مواجهه با گزینش این منبع حدیثی است.</span></span></span></em> <em>Wasā&rsquo;il al-Shi&rsquo;ah by Sheikh Hurr Amili is one of the late Shiite hadith collections that has been written using a jurisprudential approach. The author of this book, which is one of the most important sources of Shiite jurisprudence, has selected reliable and credible sources from among various narration sources considering certain criteria. One of these sources is Ali ibn Ja&#39;far&#39;s &ldquo;Masā&rsquo;il&rdquo;, which is considered as one of the reliable sources of Shiite narrations. The early, late and contemporary scholars have different approaches towards this book. While the earlier ones have validated it by referring to the correct ways of this book in their writings, the later ones have got access to only a copy of this book which is said not to be valid enough. The approach of contemporaries to this book has been different. Some of them have accepted it, but some others have questioned the validity and authenticity of the current version.
