other حفظ تمامیت سرزمینی کشور با اتکا به آیات قرآن‌کریم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <i><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span arial="" style="font-family:">نقض مکرر تمامیت سرزمینی کشور‌ها طی یکصد سال گذشته و همچنین سربرآوردن گروه‌های تجزیه‌طلب متعدد در دارای قومیت‌ها و مذاهب، موجب گردیده بررسی مبانی و منابع شریعت اسلامی در حفاظت از تمامیت سرزمینی، بیش از گذشته مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در این رابطه، اولین مرجع استنباط احکام، کتاب خداست. گرچه قرآن کریم در مورد مقابله با جدایی‌طلبان به طور مستقیم حکمی بیان نفرموده است؛ اما با ذکر آیاتی از جمله آیه 103 از سوره آل‌عمران و بسیاری دیگر از آیات قرآن همچون آیه 103 از سوره النساء، آیه 43 سوره الانفال و بیشتر آیات سوره الحجرات، انسان‌ها و جوامع انسانی را به همگرایی، وحدت و اخوات و دوری از تفرقه فراخوانده است. این دلالت غیرمستقیم آیات قرآن کریم که ضمن محترم شمردن آزادی و برابری انسان‌ها ایشان را مکلف به حفظ اتحاد و وحدت در سایه تعالیم الهی می‌نماید، با روایات و سنن متعددی از معصومان</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Roumouz">(</span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span arial="" style="font-family:"> قرین گردیده است. این تحقیق می‌کوشد با استفاده از روش توصیفی - تحلیلی نگاه آیات الهی قرآن کریم به موضوع حفاظت و حراست از تمامیت سرزمینی کشور را ارزیابی نماید.</span></span></span></i> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">Repeated violations of the territorial integrity of countries over the past hundred years, as well as the emergence of numerous separatist groups in different ethnicities and religions, have caused the study of the foundations and sources of Islamic Sharia to protect territorial integrity to be more attention than in the past.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">In this regard, the first reference for inferring rulings is Allah&#39;s book.
