other رویکرد انتقادی قرآن نسبت به خشونت علیه زنان با گونه‌شناسی آیات مرتبط تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <i><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRBadr"><span style="color:black">خشونت علیه زنان یک موضوع جهانی است که زنان با هر دین و عقیده‌ای را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. این مسئله در ارتباط با دین اسلام </span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:IRBadr">برجسته‌تر از بقیه ادیان مطرح شده ‌است، زیرا برخی از آیات قرآن به گونه‌ای تفسیر شدند که گویی موید خشونت علیه زنان هستند. این درحالی است که تاکنون آیات مرتبط با خشونت علیه زنان به‌طور کامل بررسی نشده‌اند. برای آنکه بتوان دیدگاه کلی قرآن را نسبت به این مسئله روشن کرد می‌بایست تمام آیات که به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم&nbsp; به زنان مربوط می‌شوند را بررسی کرد. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر برآن است تا با استخراج آیات مرتبط با خشونت علیه زنان و بررسی گونه‌های مختلف با روشی کل نگر، چشم‌انداز آن را از منظر قرآن مورد بررسی قرار دهد. از این‌رو<span style="color:black"> آیات مرتبط، استخراج شده و سپس برچسب‌گذاری شده و آیات با موضوع مشابه در دسته‌های مشابه قرار گرفته‌اند. اهم این‌گونه‌ها عبارتند از: آیات مرتبط با خشونت روانی، خشونت جسمی، خشونت جنسی و خشونت از نوع محرومیت. بررسی و ارزیابی چهار دسته فوق الذکر حاکی از آن است که اولا رویکرد انتقادی قرآن نسبت به انواع خشونت علیه زنان در قرآن غلبه دارد، ثانیاً در گونه‌های مختلف خشونت علیه زنان، راهکارهای عملیاتی و اجرایی برای تقلیل این خشونت‌ها و نهایتاً حدف آنها از جامعه پیشنهاد شده ‌است. همچنین در این پژوهش به تفکیک خشونت مثبت و منفی یعنی خشونت‌های سازنده و مخرب توجه شده است.</span></span></span></span></i> <b><i><span style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;">Violence against women is a global phenomenon that affects women of all faiths and beliefs. Within the discourse on Islam, this issue has gained particular prominence, as certain Qur&rsquo;anic verses have been interpreted&mdash;often erroneously&mdash;as supporting violence against women. However, the related verses have not yet been comprehensively analyzed to determine the Qur&rsquo;an&rsquo;s actual position on the matter. To clarify the Qur&rsquo;an&rsquo;s overarching perspective, all verses referring directly or indirectly to women must be examined. Accordingly, this study seeks to identify and categorize the Qur&rsquo;anic verses related to violence against women and to assess the Qur&rsquo;an&rsquo;s holistic stance through a typological and analytical approach. The relevant verses were first extracted, coded, and then classified into thematic categories according to the type of violence they address. The major categories include verses related to psychological violence, physical violence, sexual violence, and forms of deprivation or restriction. The analysis demonstrates two principal findings: (1) the Qur&rsquo;an predominantly adopts a critical and reformative stance toward all forms of violence against women, and (2) within each identified category, it provides practical and normative strategies aimed at reducing&mdash;and ultimately eliminating&mdash;such violence from society. Moreover, the study distinguishes between constructive and destructive forms of violence, underscoring that the Qur&rsquo;anic discourse endorses only corrective, ethically bounded measures serving justice and moral improvement.</span></span></span></i></b> قرآن, زن, خشونت روانی, خشونت جسمی, خشونت جنسی, رویکرد انتقادی.
